What Is Flamingle™?
Flamingle™ ("You Single? Let's Flamingle.") is a brand, a movement, and a growing ecosystem designed to help singles get off the apps and back into the real world. The core mechanic is simple: branded merchandise that signals I'm single and open. One symbol, one meaning. Strangers see the flamingo and know they have permission to approach.
We're building merch, a companion app, a venue partner network, and a social media presence that makes meeting people feel fun, approachable, and possible again. Think less dating app, more movement.
We're based in Denver and launching our pilot here. This role is Denver-local.
You Live and Breathe Social Content.
Someone who already understands the Denver social scene, gets the humor and heart behind this brand, and wants to build something from the ground up.
- A skilled content creator and storyteller — particularly on TikTok and Instagram
- Deep understanding of Denver's social scene and vibe
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial — you don't need to be managed
- Able to translate brand voice into content that feels authentic, not produced
- Excited by the idea of owning a piece of something real

Chief Content Officer
You lead the content presence of Flamingle across three platforms — each with its own format and purpose. TikTok and Instagram are the short-form engine: fast, funny, cultural, shareable. YouTube is the long-form home: real conversations about modern dating, connection, the science of attraction, and why swiping broke something that didn't need to be broken.
You're not executing a content calendar someone else built. You're building the strategy and owning the creative direction, with the full support of the founder on brand, product, and business infrastructure. This is a real collaboration — you bring the content expertise and street-level presence, we build everything around it together.
Content pillars (starting point — you'll shape these):
Platform breakdown: TikTok + Instagram — short-form, trend-driven, cultural awareness. YouTube — long-form interviews, expert conversations, positive connection stories, the "why" behind the movement.
Time commitment: 15–20 hours per week to start, with a clear path to full-time salaried as the brand grows.
